Due to a power-cut the gym was closed, meaning no boxercise.
Typical! You couldn't make this up.
My friend and I did however go for a nice long power-walk, we were walking/jogging for a good hour so at least it was a productive evening. We went to a nearby park and it was actually really beautiful and peaceful (it was partly woodland).
I have been feeling better today, thankfully. I am still not calorie counting and that's helped a lot. Oddly enough, my diet hasn't actually been too bad this week -but I know it's only Tuesday!
i dont count calories anymore, and ive lost way more weight than when i was anal about my intake. Stress makes it way harder to lose

DeleteLife's too short, isn't it? Can't have something like calories dictate my mood, especially since it's ME that's putting myself through the stress.
