Feeling low

Meh. I've been feeling down these last three days. I tend to feel better as the day progresses, but today was tough. I am fine now, but I just wonder how I'll feel tomorrow morning.

I go through phases of feeling a bit depressed but I usually get over it after a day or two, so this too shall pass.


I have realised with much horror that I haven't exercised since last Tuesday! Say whaaat! I asked a friend of mine if she fancies going to boxercise tomorrow evening with me, and if not I'll go to the gym.

I have started doing some stretching exercises at home to improve my flexibility though. Would you believe I have never been able to touch my toes? One day I'll be able to do this ;)

  1. I'm the same hun!I used to be able to do it when I danced but I haven't in the past 10 years :(

    I've decided to go to Legs Bums and Tums with my friend tomorrow. I always find that going with someone else motivates me :)

    1. Yeah it's better if you have a friend with you, we always try to out-do each other!

      But failing that I'll just go to the gym, i think I need endorphins To help improve my mood!

      Is "Legs bums and tums" good? I think my gym does something similar, I wouldn't mind trying it out.

    2. haha, my best friend always makes it more fun! I'm exercise-phobic :P but it needs to be done!

      I've never been before, tomorrow would be my first time, I'm sorta excited! lol I shall let you know tomorrow!
