Well, I definitely didn't under-eat today! Work has been so stressful, which means no energy for gym. Plus boyfriend cooked a lovely (and extremely calorific) dinner. All this equals 1700 calories (~1500 net), and no gym again.
I will try to do some house work and move about, but who has the energy? This week of hell is over tomorrow. Can't. Wait.
