Calories

I am counting calories again. I am not sure that's a good idea, but we'll see how it goes. I tend to get a bit obsessed with it and impacts my mood negatively, so I might give it up again.

According to myfitnesspal I should eat 1200 calories net, and to compensate for the exercise I should eat about 400 calories (so about 1600 in total). Instead, I have eaten 1090 calories so far, 960 net, so I've been under-eating two days in a row (and definitely not been moving enough to burn so many calories).

No gym today either. Work has been extremely busy and probably will be until Friday (which i suspect is why I haven't been hungry today). I am still hoping I'll be able to go tomorrow after work though.

Why do I feel like I over-ate even though I didn't? :(
