Bank holiday Tuesday

Today I have eaten well so far but I am still hungry :( I had weetabix with milk, then some carrot&coriander soup and a small bread roll (no butter, but the roll was white bread), and then two poached eggs, one slice of toast and a good helping of green beans.

After all this I am still hungry! I am craving sweet things so I'll see if maybe a mandarin later helps. At least I haven't eaten any junk.

I booked my flights to Italy yesterday. I an going there for about 10 days in August at a beach resort. A week and a half of sun, book reading and swimming. I can't wait, but I also need to be much less flabby and much more toned.

All being well I'm back to the gym tomorrow. I don't have a weight goal as my body shape is more important than the number on the scale, but maybe having a small weight-loss target might help keep me focused? Maybe 55 Kg (nothing earth shattering) by the end of July.

*edit* yes I think a weight loss target is a good idea, so 55 Kg by the 31st July it is. This plan may change though haha!

*edit n. 2* I worked out my calorie intake, and it's been 1218 so far, or 1049 net (i.e. Incl. exercise).

I thought it would be much higher than that as it feels I pigged out today. I love myfitnesspal.com.
