I am feeling much better, the
multivitamins/fruit juice/smoothie/strawberries approach was obviously a good
idea!
I have also started taking my
iron supplement (it’s called Floradix liquid iron formula, and it’s the bomb! Based
on personal experience, I honestly think it’s the best iron supplement out
there.)
I thought I’d say why I don’t
particularly like taking multivitamins so I will put up a follow-up post shortly
(it might be boring, you have been warned!), but these last two months I have
been plagued with colds etc so I think it’s time for a boost.
