How are we doing so far?

Improvement from yesterday for me :)

Breakfast: egg and potato bread;
Snack: a handful of almonds and walnuts;
Lunch: mixed leafy greens and chicken salad, then one chocolate;
Dinner: chicken jalfrezi and rice (leftover from Wednesday, yum!)
Evening snack: a banana and two mandarins.

Total portions of fruit and veg: 2 and 3.5 respectively. Woo hoo!
